To request an appointment to meet with a therapist, please do one of the following: Email, 呼叫, or walk-in (see below).
Once your appointment details are confirmed with your assigned CAPS therapist, our administrative assistant will send you an Email with the date and time of your therapy appointment. You will also receive intake paperwork electroni呼叫y. Intake paperwork is very important, and must be completed before the appointment. If it is not, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. The only exception to this is crisis walk-in appointments that are able to be seen immediately.
注意: If you are sick, whether from Covid-19 or any other illness, please do not meet with your therapist in person. Even if an appointment is scheduled for in-person, it can easily be changed to a virtual meeting at any time.

Subject: Appointment Request
身体: I would like to schedule an appointment to meet with a CAPS therapist. I am a Concordia University Ann Arbor undergrad / grad student (choose one). I would prefer to meet in the central campus office / in the North building office / virtually (choose one or more). Here is my availability for the next two weeks:
注意: CAPS offers client appointments from 9:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday, and evening appointments from 4pm - 9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays upon request. Please share your availability that aligns with those timeframes. Sharing very limited availability can make scheduling more difficult, so please share as much availability as you can.
Availability for evening appointments is more limited than for daytime appointments, so again, please share your full availability.
呼叫
While Email is preferred as appointments are set up electroni呼叫y, students can also 呼叫 the CAPS main line to schedule an appointment, at (734) 995-7441. Our administrative assistant will confirm your student status, and ask as to your preference for meeting location (central campus office, North 校园 office, or virtual), your availability for the next two weeks, and your Email address.
走在
While we are not always able to accommodate walk-ins due to therapist schedules, if you are in crisis, we still encourage you to come to the CAPS office. If a therapist is available, they will meet with you. 如果不是, someone will take down your information and work to get you scheduled for the next earliest availability. They will also provide you with crisis resources that can offer you support in the interim.
